SHIPPING

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email from thermostat-france.com.

Your parcel will delivered to the delivery address you chose by GLS; if you are not there, a notification card will be placed in your mailbox and/or you will receive an email from GLS. 

This notification will contain the necessary information to get in touch with GLS and schedule a new delivery date or pick up the parcel from a parcel center.

• To request a re-delivery or modify the delivery address:

- Contact the seller (Thermostat) is you just placed your order
